Swann’s (www.swann.com) new Smart-Series provides home and business owners a reliable, DIY security solution. The system combines wired video surveillance and access to wireless smart home technology to deter break-ins and detect intrusion. It is available now for $499.99 at Best Buy.
The system includes four weather resistant, 1080p HD wired cameras with 80° viewing angle and powerful night vision up to 100 feet. Users can see crystal clear video of activity, faces, license plates and more, and enjoy “set and forget” recording for more than 80 days from the four cameras onto the pre-installed 1TB hard drive.
The Smart-Series is, as the name suggests, a smarter security system with ability to connect wirelessly to other security devices around your home or business. The pack includes two Window/Door Alarm Sensors to notify you if movement is detected and trigger the Outdoor Siren with flashing light to help deter break-ins.
Users may also be notified of intrusion on their smartphone and conveniently see and control their home or business with live viewing on Mac, PC and iOS and Android smartphones and tablets using the free app.
The Smart-Series range can be expanded with additional Smart-Series and SwannOne accessories such as wireless cameras, alarm sensors, smart plugs and more.
