OWC Viper Pro Thunderbolt External SSD premieres
Other World Computing (www.macsales.com) has announced the arrival of the Viper Pro Thunderbolt external SSD. It features dual Thunderbolt 2 ports and delivers sustained speeds up to 1350MB/second.
The Viper Pro Thunderbolt SSD will be available in two capacity options, 4TB and 8TB at prices of US$2.999 and $4,799, respectively. Both offer daisy-chain support for additional Thunderbolt devices, an aluminum design with a variable speed fan for quiet cooling, and a three-year limited warranty.
