DearMob releases 5KPlayer for Mac OS X

DearMob has introduced 5KPlayer, a free multipurpose player for Mac OS X. It's designed to let you play high quality videos and music with functional integration of the AirPlay receiver/sender and online audio video downloader.

5KPlayer supports 180-plus video and 60-plus audio formats, 3D videos and radio. According to Houston Xu, product manager of DearMob, the basic features of 5KPlayer include:

° The ability to play video and music in formats such as MKV, AVI, MP4, WMV, FLV, MP3, AAC, APE and FLAC, play DVDs (even with region codes and copy protections), 3D videos and radio.

° The ability to make your Mac perform as an AirPlay sender and AirPlay receiver to stream movies and music from an iPad, iPhone and iPod to a Mac.

° The ability to download any videos and MP3 music from 300  online video sites ,including YouTube, DailyMotion, Vimeo, Vevo and Facebook.

° Support for 5K, 4K, 1080p and 720p videos and features a personal multimedia library to classify and manage video audio playlists.
