iClipboard for Mac OS X gets new 'flat' style interface, more
Chronos has announced iClipboard 5, an upgrade to its clipboard manager for Mac OS X. iClipboard 5 contains many highly-requested new features. According to Jerry Halls, vice president of sales at Chronos, major new features include:
° A redesigned "flat" style interface;
° Retina display compatibilty;
° The ability to choose text formats directly from the Paste Blaster;
° The ability to click to paste clippings in the Paste Blaster;
° Special formats for pasting text: Uppercase, Lowercase, Capitalized Words, Whitespace Removed, New Lines Removed, Tabs Converted to Spaces;
° An option to clear clippings in an Unfiled project when quitting for security/privacy purposes;
° A font bar when editing clippings for complete control
iClipboard automatically keeps a history of everything a user copies to the system clipboard in any application. It then provides five different ways to paste clippings from the history. It also features an interface that shows rich previews of each clipping.
A fully functional, 30-day trial version can be downloaded from Chronos' web site (www.chronosnet.com). Registration is US$29.99; a family pack is available for $49.99.
Registered iClipboard 1.x - 4.x customers can upgrade to version 5 for $14.99.
iClipboard requires Mac OS X 10.9 or later.
