Other World Computing has expanded its memory upgrade options for the new Mac Pro. The pro desktop is available with either 12GB (4GB x 3) or 16GB (4GB x 4) base memory configurations from the factory. However, OWC offers the following pricing options:

° OWC 32GB Kit (16GB x 2) $437.99. Savings of up to 45% (save up to $362) vs. factory;

° OWC 48GB Kit (16GB x 3) $649. Savings of up to 46% (save up to $551) vs. factory;

° OWC 64GB Kit (16GB x 4) $849. Savings of up to 47% (save up to $751) vs. factory.

Also, OWC options for adding 4GB and up to 64GB to Mac Pro 2013 are now available from $74.99. Note that16GB modules for the Mac Pro are registered and can't be mixed with standard 4GB and 8GB modules. However, 4GB and 8GB modules from OWC and Apple can be mixed and matched.
