MacTech Magazine, the journal of Macintosh technology, says industry legend Guy Kawasaki, the original Mac evangelist, will give the keynote speech at MacTech Conference 2011 (http://www.mactech.com/conference/), which will be held Nov. 2-4, 2011 at the Sheraton Universal in Los Angeles, California.
MacTech Conference is targeted to IT Pros, Enterprise, and Apple developers. The event is specifically designed to not only have the highest quality content from experts across the industry, but enhance the "people experience" as an immersive event filled with constant opportunity to network with peers and meet new people.
Kawasaki (http://www.guykawasaki.com/about/) is the author of the New York Times bestseller, "Enchantment: The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds, and Actions," and the former chief evangelist of Apple. He has a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA as well as an honorary doctorate from Babson College.

Similar to the 2010 event, MacTech Conference will have two separate tracks: one focused on IT, and one focused on programming/development. Sessions will focus on both desktop and mobile, with appropriate levels of attention paid to the Mac and iOS including iPhone, iPad and iPod.
