iHome introduces new iPad audio solutions
iHome (http://www.ihomeaudio.com/) has introduced a new line of iPad audio solutions. They're due later this year; pricing hasn't been announced. The solutions include the:
° iDM12 Rechargeable Portable Bluetooth Speaker System for iPad/iPhone/iPod: a micro sound bar for the media watcher on the go, the iDM12’s protective magnetic casing detaches to serve as a stand for either portrait or landscape orientation. Need to leave the room but don’t want the music to stop? Bring it with you and stream the tunes via the Bluetooth connection.
° iDM15 Rechargeable Portable Stereo Bluetooth Speakers with Speakerphone (pictured): a package that sports two small speakers wrapped up in a protective travel case that transforms into an iPad, iPhone, or netbook stand when speakers are in use. These mini-speakers are equipped with the latest in Bluetooth technology.
° iDM70 Protective "Sound Sleeve" Case and Stand for iPad with Built-in Rechargeable Stereo Speakers: a premium iPad case, protective silicone sleeve with a six-position stand at its core. It has built-in rechargeable flat NXT stereo speaker.
iHome has also announced app-enhanced clock radio that are compatible with iheartradio by Clear Channel Radio (available for download at the Apple App Store). Together with iHome+Sleep, iheartradio users will be able to wake and sleep to their favorite content. The new clock radios include:
° iA63 App-Enhanced Alarm Clock FM Radio Speaker System with Motorized Rotating Dock for iPhone and iPod: it's equipped with a motorized dock that can rotate an iPod or iPhone from vertical to landscape at the touch of a button.
° iA17 App-Enhanced Color Changing Alarm Clock FM Radio for iPhone and iPod: five modes give users a variety of ways to cycle through a spectrum of 27 colors, including a Pulse Mode that syncs the flashing colors with the music.
° iA91 App-Enhanced Dual Alarm Stereo Clock Radio for iPhone and iPod with AM/FM presets.
The new App-Enhanced speaker line and iheartradio integration to iHome+Sleep will be available later this year.
