SubRosaSoft Announces VolumeWorks Version 1.2

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SubRosaSoft Announces VolumeWorks Version 1.2
Upgrade for Innovative Macintosh Disk Utility Includes Better User Interface,
Volume Repair, Context Sensitive Help, and Upgraded Documentation.

Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, September 3rd, 2004 -- SubRosaSoft.com Ltd., a
software company based in New Zealand focusing on system utility and
privacy software, today announced the immediate availability of VolumeWorks
1.2. The latest version of the software incorporates a new streamlined
user-interface, improved help file, volume repair and a brand new User
Guide.

"VolumeWorks has been one of SubRosaSoft's best sellers due to its unique
ability to resize, defrag and move partitions. The latest version improves
on the original with improvements as requested by our loyal customers."
States Marko Kostyrko, CEO of SubRosaSoft.com, "While we believe our
earlier versions of the software were already extremely easy to use, our
users came up with even better ways to improve the ease-of-use of the
software. Together with a much requested on-line user manual, I am positive
this version will deliver an excellent user experience. The new ability to
verify your disk before defragmenting gives it even more protection and
safety."

Written specifically for Mac OS X, VolumeWorks includes powerful features
that give the user greater flexibility and control in setting up and
managing drive partitions:
Resize Partitions On-the-Fly allows you to modify partitions on your drive
without erasing them.
Volume testing and repairing ensures your disk is in ideal condition before
editing it.
Comprehensive Support including SATA, ATA, SCSI, Firewire and USB drives.
New, Streamlined User Interface allowing most operations to be accomplished
in a few clicks.
Hide Partitions for temporarily putting partitions out of sight for privacy.
Custom Icons provides a selection of icons for newly created partitions.
Bootable CD-ROM supports machines ranging from first generation iMacs to
the latest PowerBooks.
Partition Moving without requiring you to erase the volume.
Partition Map Reconstruction allowing full access of a newly device copied
drive using hardware such as Diskology's Disk Jockey.
