15, 1999. By entering it, you acknowledge your agreement with the
contest rules and give IncWell DMG, Ltd and Proactive International
your consent to place your entry on their respective websites, or the

1. Contestants can enter as many times as they like in each of the
three categories.

2. Proactive International LLC, staff reserves the right to eliminate
individuals from the contest who spam, barter or use other tactics
Proactive International LLC staff feel are unfair and/or
inappropriate to participating contestants.

3. Open to contestants worldwide.

4. Participants agree that Proactive International, LLC, IncWell DMG,
Ltd and their affiliates may post the entrants on their websites with
the winner's name.

5. Employees of Proactive International, LLC, IncWell DMG, Ltd. and
affiliates are not eligible.

6. Entry deadline is May 30, 1999. Winners will be notified by email
one week following the deadline of the contest.

7. Prize(s) will be awarded approximately 90 days after winner verification.

8. Taxes and applicable fees are the responsibility of the winners.

9. Void where prohibited.

10. By entering the give-away participants agree to all the terms and
conditions set forth in the rules of the give-away listed on this
