Nineblock Software today announced the release of SnapMeasure 1.5, a plug-in for Adobe Illustrator which implements a better measuring tool, according to the company. "Unlike the built-in tool, it snaps with visual feedback to elements on the page, lets you scroll or zoom during a measure, allows changes of line color, and lets you set the constrain angle and cursor key distance without opening the preferences window. This release adds cursor highlighting when snapping, the option to put the measurements next to the cursor, improved performance, and more.
