The iPad Pro tablets will get OLED displays, a new thinner chassis, and run on the M4 chip. Apple announced new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max chips at an event on October 30. The upgraded MacBook Pro models arrived less than a year after Apple launched the M2 Pro and M2 Max variants of the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro (in January 2023). The late-2023 MacBook Pro update also marks the demise of the 13-inch MacBook Pro, which has been replaced by a 14-inch model with the standard M3 chip, unfortunately at a higher price than the discontinued model.
If you want to buy a MacBook Pro you will be able to save money if you choose one of the M2-series models, which will now be discounted by resellers as they sell off the discontinued stock.
However, you should keep in mind that, with a mixture of price rises and declines across the range in comparison to the previous generation, it could be hard to spot a really good deal. Luckily we are here to help.
