-- Majority of companies expected to announce & show new products

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA -- July 10, 2003 -- Xplain Corporation, the leader in
pavilion management, announced today that the Special Interest Pavilions at
IDG World Expo's Macworld CreativePro Conference & Expo, in New York (July
14-18, 2003), have several companies new to Macworld and have many products
new to the Macintosh. These special interest pavilions allow exhibitors to
target attendees interested in particular technology categories.

Macworld CreativePro Conference & Expo is presented by IDG World Expo and
Apple. The upcoming Macworld CreativePro Conference & Expo will take place
July 14-18, 2003 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
Additional information about Macworld CreativePro Conference & Expo is
available at (http://www.macworldexpo.com).

Special Interest Pavilions have long featured both up-and-coming companies,
as well as showcased technologies. These pavilions provide exhibiting
companies with a cost-effective, turnkey method to reach their target
audiences face-to-face without requiring a large staff or display. In turn,
attendees with particular interests can experience first-hand the very
latest Macintosh technology for specific market segments in a cohesive
setting.

"Macworld CreativePro Conference & Expo is the premier Macintosh community
event on the East Coast. The special interest pavilions are a focal point
at the Expo for Macworld attendees seeking out technologies and solutions
in a specific market segment," said Neil Ticktin, CEO of Xplain
Corporation. "With a mission focused on serving the specific communities,
these pavilions have vendors of all types and sizes showcasing the best the
Mac has to offer."

The pavilions contain a number of new companies that have never exhibited
before at any Macworld event. Across the board, the majority of exhibitors
in the pavilions are announcing and showing new products on the first day
of the show. Attendees can stop by for more information.

The pavilions are located near the event's Official Store brought to you by
DevDepot. For more information on Macworld CreativePro Conference & Expo,
