Super Get Info 1.0.4 Now Available From Bare Bones Software
Powerful File Info Utility for Mac OS X

release and immediate availability of Super Get Info 1.0.4. Super Get Info
is a file and folder info utility for Mac OS X, offering a powerful,
flexible, well-designed alternative to the "Show Info" command provided by
the Mac OS X Finder.

With the release of version 1.0.4, Super Get Info can now be invoked from
within the Mac OS X Finder by means of a keyboard shortcut
(Command-Shift-I). The most recent releases of BBEdit and DragThing feature
integrated support for Super Get Info, thus securing its place as an
integral part of the Mac OS X user experience. Also new in Super Get Info
1.0.4 is the ability to change type and creator codes with drag and drop,
along with assorted bug fixes and interface refinements.
Overview
--------
Super Get Info enables the user to open a separate information window
for each selected Finder item, so that multiple selected items can be
viewed and edited discretely. It also allows the user to view and edit the
Mac OS type and creator codes for a given file; view and edit the Unix
owner, group, and permission settings for any file or folder; and change a
file's creation and modification dates.
Super Get Info is commercial software, and costs US$20 to purchase. A
fully-functional demo version which expires after 14 days is available.
Super Get Info requires Mac OS X 10.0 or later, and will not run on any
earlier version of the Mac OS. Mac OS X 10.1 is strongly recommended.
