SubRosaSoft.com announces Leopard support for FileSalvage 6.1

Data recovery software for Mac OS X released with Leopard support - Apple
Inc's upcoming system release

UNION CITY, Calif. Oct 25th 2007 - SubRosaSoft.com Inc., a software company
focusing on system utility and data recovery software, announces the
immediate availability of FileSalvage 6.1. FileSalvage 6.1 features support
for Mac OS X v10.5 "Leopard" and improvements on device support.

FileSalvage 6.1 is a an extremely powerful data recovery tool designed to
restore files that have been accidentally deleted or stored on a drive
before it was re-initialized or formatted. It is device and file system
independent, allowing the users to recover files from a normal Mac OS hard
drive, USB key, Linux disk, Windows drive, Mac/Windows BootCamp drive,
FLASH card, scratched CD, and almost any other media or file system that
can be recognized in Mac OS X.

Scheduled to be released on Oct. 26th , and one of the most anticipated Mac
OS releases, Leopard features significant improvements and new features
such as Time Machine, Quick Look, and Boot camp. The latest version of
FileSalvage is updated and tested to ensure full compatibility with Leopard
without sacrificing its blazing speed and comprehensive devices support.

Even if they are not going to take advantage of Leopard, users of
FileSalvage 6.0 are urged to take advantage of the free upgrade to version
6.1 for various code enhancements and improved support for devices such as
camera cards and MS-DOS based drives.

Written specifically for Mac OS X and updated to full compatibility with
Leopard, FileSalvage includes powerful features that give the user
excellent flexibility and control in data recovery:

o Risk free trial version - see what data can be recovered before you purchase.

o Custom file type support - recover files that may not already exist in
the current list of 'Supported File Formats'.

o Embedded file recovery -- search for files that have been embedded inside
other files.

o File Preview - see what you are going to get before you recover your
deleted file.

o File Renamer - reconstructs file names of popular file formats (JPEG,
MP3, M4A, etc...).

o Easy-to-use interface - reduces data recovery process to a few clicks.

o Device and file system independent - allows recovery from almost any media.

o Works on faulty hardware - recovers data from mechanically unsound disks
or corrupted devices.

o Safety first - never writes to the disk or device being salvaged from.

o Searches free space - scan only where known files are not, to speed
recovery and narrow search results.
