Seapine Software Named Rising Star by the Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100

MASON, Ohio--November 10, 2006--As the company's footprint in the
application lifecycle management (ALM) space continues to grow,
Seapine Software's presence in the local community hasn't gone
unnoticed. The Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100 recently named Seapine one
of the top rising stars among privately owned companies in the
region. Seapine is a leading provider of ALM solutions.

Consisting of the 100 largest private companies in Greater Cincinnati
and Northern Kentucky, the Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100 has been
compiled annually and published in The Cincinnati Enquirer for 23
years from data submitted by local, privately held companies. With
support from the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, the
list is supplemented by area rising stars--companies that are being
recognized for their recent financial performance and management
records, but have not reached the list's designated income or
employment thresholds. Seapine is one of this year's rising stars.

"It's exciting for us to honor Seapine Software as they represent a
newer economic tide for the Tri-State," said Jim Ellerhorst, Deloitte
& Touche USA LLP, Managing Partner of Deloitte's Cincinnati office.
"Their success illustrates the diversification our area needs in
growing and strengthening our community."

Seapine Software is a global provider of innovative ALM solutions
that manage process, change, and quality in product development and
IT organizations. Seapine's mission is to equip customers with tools,
technologies, and best practices to enhance productivity, deliver
repeatable results, and minimize risk and cost. From award-winning
TestTrack Pro for software development issue management, to advanced
automated testing with QA Wizard, to the company's most recent
innovative solutions such as TestTrack TCM for test case management,
Seapine ALM solutions are designed for today's and tomorrow's rapidly
changing business world.

"Since the company's start in 1995, Seapine has been committed to
providing our customers with the best products and the most value for
their investments. This commitment has led to our growing
international customer base and recognitions such as the Cincinnati
100 rising stars," said Richard Riccetti, president and CEO, Seapine
Software. "It's an honor to be recognized by the city and Deloitte &
Touche, and we look forward to further growth and contributing to the
Greater Cincinnati economy."
