Report Migrator Software Version 1.0

DALLAS/EWORLDWIRE/Aug. 28, 2006 --- DataReference Inc today announced
it will commence shipping Version 1.0 of its Report Migrator
Software. The product will be licensed at the individual developer
level. Report Migrator works hand in hand with Microsoft SQL Server
2005, previously earning dataReference the coveted Microsoft Front
Runner award.

Report Migrator works conjunction with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and
enables users to migrate Crystal Reports into Microsoft's Report
Definition Language (RDL) so that the report can be run using
Microsoft's SQL Server Reporting Services (SRS).

SQL Server Reporting Services is included with SQL Server 2005. SQL
Server 2005 is the next-generation data management and analysis
software that will deliver increased scalability, availability and
security to enterprise data and analytical applications while making
them easier to create deploy and manage.

"DataReference, Inc. is excited to support SQL Server 2005 because
it's a great platform and a great leap forward," said Jon Capps, CEO
of dataReference. "Achieving Front Runner status enabled us to
deliver applications to clients within the same timeframe as the
launch of SQL Server 2005. As a result of the solution we have
developed, we are uniquely positioned to help our clients get the
most from their technology investment."

Report Migrator allows clients to continue to develop reports using
Crystal Reports Designer and distribute those reports utilizing SSRS.
In this manner, clients maintain their investment in report design
and gains a significantly more economical means to distribute the
report across the Enterprise without retraining their development
staff. Further, report distribution costs are reduced by 50 to 75
percent over using Crystal Enterprise.

Report Migrator is the way to migrate Crystal reports into Microsoft
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) format. Most will migrate
seamlessly, including tables, charts, images, simple and complex
formulas, report/page/group headers and footers, filters, styles,
summary fields, and sub reports. Database connections and embedded
SQL statements are full supported. Current Crystal Reports can be
grouped into named sets of files that can be migrated again and
again. Report Migrator protects current investments and migrate
reports in seconds, not days. It allows developers to use their
current tool set and not relearn the report design/ distribution
process.

The product will be offered in both a direct and channel based sales
model. For product information interested parties can go to the
