Realmac Software Release RapidWeaver 4.0
Brighton, England - May 29th, 2008 - Realmac Software today announced an
exciting new version of RapidWeaver, the critically-acclaimed website
creation application for Mac OS X.
RapidWeaver 4.0 is full of new features and built exclusively for Mac OS X
10.5 (Leopard). An entirely-new user interface makes RapidWeaver 4.0 even
easier to use, and compliments a number of new features including true
one-click website publishing, WebClip icon support for easy site
bookmarking on the iPhone and iPod touch, and built-in Google Analytics
support for site statistics. To reflect the increasingly large number of
third-party themes available to users (230 at version 4.0's launch),
RapidWeaver 4.0 ships with a number of Theme Management features, such as
high resolution previews, integrated search, folder support and filtering
within RapidWeaver's all-new Theme Browser.
Other useful new features include true one-click website publishing,
WebClip icon support for easy site bookmarking on the iPhone and iPod
touch, and built-in Google Analytics support for site statistics.
Third party developers will also be interested in the all-new XML-based
'Bundle' format used in RapidWeaver 4.0's save files, which allow
third-party applications to interact with users' projects without needing
to be run as a plugin within the RapidWeaver application itself.

RapidWeaver 4.0 is a free upgrade for registered users of RapidWeaver 3.6.
A new licence is priced at $79 for new users, though for a limited time is
available for $59. Users of RapidWeaver 3.5 or earlier can upgrade for just
