New image editing features:
*New picture tools: 'Exploder', 'Imploder', 'Sandblaster'.
*New mask operation: 'Laplace'.
*New layer operations: 'Clear', 'Bluescreen'.
Improved image editing features:
*A 'Ctrl'-click on any of the green display layer buttons in the Picture
Editor now selects all layers.
*An 'Alt' ('Option')-click on a green display layer button in the Picture
Editor now selects that layer, while deselecting all others (note that the
edit buttons work in the opposite way).
*A 'Ctrl'-click on any of the red edit layer buttons in the Picture Editor
now selects all layers.
Improved user interface features:
*'Info' buttons added to the dialogs of all picture tools. Clicking on the
'Info' button will bring up info about the picture tool and how it works.
