Byte, a data compression tool for the imaging, publishing and
printing industries, to DDB Worldwide, one of the world's leading

third largest in the world with billings of $15.4 billion last year.

Impact Solutions, Inc., a Piranha subsidiary, also announced the sale
of Piranha Byte to Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/EURO
RSCG, the youngest billion-dollar agency in the industry since its
inception in 1986.

Piranha Byte's compression technology enables DDB Worldwide and MVBMS
to improve the speed, bandwidth and time normally associated with its
digital file transfers. Piranha Byte reduces data transfer time and

size.
