The PandaWare Company has released DiskWrangler 3.0, a Universal Binary
version of its Mac OS X file launcher and browser. This version includes a
number of improvements to its interface as well as numerous bug fixes,
particularly for OS X 10.5. The new version is available for download from
The PandaWare Company's Web site. Unregistered copies work in demo mode for
up to 30 days.
SEATTLE, Washington (August 4, 2008) The PandaWare Company has released
DiskWrangler 3.0, a Universal Binary version of its file launcher and
browser for Mac OS X. DiskWrangler caters to users who prefer keeping their
hands on the keyboard. DiskWrangler allows users to launch applications,
documents, mail and Web URLs and user-defined sets of files, all without
removing their hands from the keyboard to pick up the mouse.
In addition to its powerful launching capabilities, DiskWrangler also features:
Browsing: Users can view and manipulate files under keyboard control. It
allows viewing, copying, moving, and deleting files, and setting file
attributes. DiskWrangler can show invisible items and files and folders in
OS X's Unix subsystem. The Browser also allows exporting file lists.
File search: Users can perform searches based on name, modification date
and creation date, to find files that Mac OS X's Spotlight searches do not
reveal.
