today announced a strategic partnership to bring Axiotron's upcoming
digital lifestyle products to the North American market.
Following an undisclosed equity investment from OWC in Axiotron, the two
companies have formed a comprehensive strategic alliance under which OWC
will serve as the exclusive North American sales and distribution aggregate
for all Axiotron digital lifestyle products.
Under the agreement OWC will operate the central warehouse of Axiotron
