OmniPilot Software, Inc. Announces Lasso Professional 7.1

FILEMAKER DEVELOPER CONFERENCE - Phoenix, AZ - OmniPilot Software, Inc., a
provider of cross platform business opportunity management software,
announces Lasso Professional 7.1, a new version compatible with FileMaker
Pro 7. Lasso's compatibility with FileMaker renews the long-standing
relationship between FileMaker's developers and the Lasso community.

Lasso allows users to tie FileMaker data to the Web because it works
interchangeably with FileMaker Pro 4, 5, or 6 and now with FileMaker Server
Advanced 7. Lasso allows complete control over the look and feel of your
Web site and Lasso's powerful, flexible programming language allows data in
FileMaker databases to be manipulated as an alternative to using the
built-in script functionality. Lasso's built-in session handling and
caching offset some of the work from FileMaker allowing the greatest Web
site performance possible.

Lasso Professional 7.1 also works with MySQL and JDBC data sources allowing
data from FileMaker and other back-end data sources to be combined in a
single Web site or for data to be moved from data source to data source.
Lasso also provides enhanced security through its built-in security system,
protecting all access to FileMaker via the Web because FileMaker can be
configured so only your Lasso server can access it.
