Professional --

BERKELEY, Calif., June 23, 1999 -- StarNine Technologies, Inc. and
Men & Mice today announced a newly improved QuickDNS Load Balancing
and Fault Tolerance solution bringing intelligent fault tolerance and
load balancing to the WebSTAR FTP server, and now to virtual hosting
WebSTAR Web servers. Now, for the first time WebSTAR FTP can take
advantage of the load balancing and fault tolerance features of
QuickDNS Pro, the leading DNS server for the Mac OS. Fault tolerance
and load balancing can now also be implemented for the first time on
multiple WebSTAR Web sites at once. StarNine today also announced
that WebSTAR Server Suite users can purchase QuickDNS Pro directly
from StarNine for $190 -- a $100 savings from the regular price,
through July 31st. StarNine also announced that DNS Expert
Professional Edition, Men and Mice's diagnostic and troubleshooting
software for DNS servers, has been added to StarNine's Bundle Up
program with a savings of up to 20% off the regular $295 street price.

"The developers at Men and Mice are truly experts at DNS," said Scott
Steward, president of StarNine. "The intelligent load balancing and
fault-tolerance solutions they provide for WebSTAR are very
innovative, and a definite plus for any site. We're delighted to
offer these QuickDNS Pro savings to our customers, as well as savings
on the diagnostics provided by DNS Expert."

"QuickDNS Pro has always been popular with WebSTAR users," said Petur
Petursson, general manager of Men and Mice. "It makes sense because
both solutions are exceptionally easy to use and quite powerful.
We're very happy to make this special offer on QuickDNS Pro to
WebSTAR users, and excited to include DNS Expert in StarNine's Bundle
Up program."

QuickDNS Pro, Mac-Easy and Lightning Fast QuickDNS Pro is a DNS
Server for the Mac OS that is easy to use and provides faster
performance and greater stability under varying load conditions. With
intelligent fault tolerance and load balancing, traffic to WebSTAR's
Web servers and WebSTAR FTP servers can be directed based on server
availability, capacity and load. Now through July 31st, WebSTAR
Server Suite 4.0 users can order QuickDNS Pro direct from StarNine
for $190 -- a savings of $100.

DNS Expert is the first diagnostic tool that verifies DNS setup for

off of DNS Expert when purchased with other best-of-breed Bundle Up
products.
