take advantage of these.
Attendees of the course will have hands-on experience using Apple

* Add a Mac OS X system to an existing IP network;
* Support printing, file sharing, and net booting
capabilities for Mac OS 8 clients;
* Configure Mac OS X for web serving on the internet and intranets;
* Configure Mac OS X for QuickTime streaming; and
* Set up Mac OS X as a mail server.
"Essential Mac OS X Server System Administration" was developed by
BLaCKSMITH, Inc. in cooperation with P & L Systems. BLaCKSMITH and P
& L Systems offer object-oriented software development and services
to clients in the US and Europe. Both companies have many years of
experience providing training for the NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP technology on
which Mac OS X Server is based. The companies are also Apple training
partners, certified to teach WebObjects(TM), the web application
server technology shipped with Mac OS X.
"We know everyone is anxious to experience Mac OS X technology," said
Bray Becker, President of BLaCKSMITH," so we developed this material
specifically for Mac administrators who will likely be the first to
support it." Paul Lynch, Managing Director of P & L Systems, noted,

to build this material. This is an excellent course for anyone
needing to get Mac OS X up and running quickly."
