[NPL] Tango Enterprise 3.1 for Macintosh

EveryWare Ships Tango Enterprise 3.1 for Macintosh Tango Product Family Now
Complete

Toronto, Canada--June 4, 1998--EveryWare Development Inc., (ASE:EVE) the
leading developer of software for the construction and analysis of dynamic
web applications, today announced that Tango Enterprise 3.1 for Macintosh
is now shipping. The Macintosh Enterprise version completes the Tango
family of products, which includes Tango 3 for FileMaker Pro, and Tango
Enterprise for the Windows 95 and NT platforms, with deployment on
Macintosh, Windows 95/NT, Sun Solaris, and AIX.

Version 3.1 offers an enhanced visual drag-and-drop environment for rapid
Web application development, and fully supports server-side Java
integration, projects for grouping application files, and enhancing the
programmatic constructs supported by Tango. This release strengthens
EveryWares support of Apples new platform strategy, product roadmap and
the path to OS X.

"The phenomenal success of our G3 Macs is benefiting key Macintosh
developers like EveryWare," said Clent Richardson, senior director of
Worldwide Developer Relations at Apple. "Also with a new software strategy
that preserves developer investment in the Mac we're ensuring that great
products like Tango will continue to move forward and exploit the power and
ease of use of the Macintosh platform".

Tango Enterprise provides the Macintosh web development community with
additional functionality, increased performance and decreased development
time over the previous 2.1 version.

Tango Enterprise truly addresses the needs and challenges experienced by
developers who are creating web applications that integrate with backend
databases. With the advanced feature-set provided, developers and IS
departments will be able to develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated web
applications, ahead of schedule and under budget, said Henry Lach, Tango
Product Manager. Tango Enterprise 3.1 has improved upon an already
superior product in version 2, proving that it is the market leader for
creating web-based solutions.

Visual Web Development Environment The unique visual interface of Tango
makes it an industry leader in Web-based development. The visual action
metaphor simplifies display while the standard expandable tree window
provides easy navigation through complex applications enabling developers
to easily manipulate the display, business, and database logic within the
Tango application file. Tango has also visualized such conditional
statements as if/elseif/else, for and while loops, even creating arrays.
Tango Enterprise truly simplifies computer programming constructs, to allow
developers to create sophisticated web applications.

Server Side Java Integration EveryWare has extended Tango Enterprises Java
strategy with the ability to execute server-side Java using Apples Mac OS
Runtime for JavaSoftware (MRJ). This support allows Macintosh developers to
integrate with Java applications by providing support for Java Classes and
JavaBeans. Macintosh developers can create more complex business logic by
capitalizing on Javas multi-platform capabilities and advanced programming
features. Support for JavaScript Along with the new Java integration,
Tango Enterprise 3.1 is now JavaScript 1.2 compatible. This compatibility
provides Tango with an industry-standard scripting environment allowing IS
departments and Web developers to create more sophisticated Web
applications. The new Script action provides an interface for executing
JavaScript code at the server level as well as providing client-side
support. By integrating JavaScript within Tango Enterprise, Macintosh Web
developers can utilize their existing knowledge of the JavaScript language
without having to rely on, or learn, a new proprietary scripting language.
