VoIP

Solect's IAF Provides Comprehensive Solution to Manage Billing for
Voice/Fax Over IP Applications

Washington, D.C. September 14, 1998 -- Solect Technology Group, the leading
provider of infrastructure solutions for service providers, announced today
a technology partnership with dynamicsoft, the world's leading supplier of
Java-based voice and fax over IP software solutions, to integrate Solect's
Internet Administration Framework (IAF) solution with dynamicsoft's jVoIP
Framework. The dynamicsoft jVoIP Framework is a set of Java-based software
modules that give communications equipment manufacturers and service
providers the ability to build services for transmitting voice/fax over IP
networks.

By integrating the major components of the service provider's business
cycle - such as service management, billing and customer care -- IAF will
enable dynamicsoft to rapidly deploy a comprehensive billing solution
integrated with the jVoIP Framework. IAF's open architecture integrates
easily with legacy systems, and provides maximum scalability, by allowing
applications to be distributed across multiple servers.
