UPGRADE PROGRAM ANNOUNCED FOR ONEWORLD SYSTEMS' CUSTOMERS

SUNNYVALE, Calif., (July 20, 1998) OneWorld Systems, Inc., (formerly
Global Village Communication, Inc.) today announced an upgrade program for
customers of its OneWorld 100 communications servers for Macintosh
networks. OneWorld 100 customers are eligible to upgrade to the new
OneWorld 5000 Suite communications server at a special upgrade price of
$3,895 a savings of $1000 off the suggested list price.

The OneWorld 5000 Suite communications server combines Internet access and
routing, remote access, 56K network modems, and fax capabilities in an
integrated, versatile and expandable product for Macintosh and Windows
users in small and medium size offices. OneWorld 5000 Suite is
easy-to-use, can be expanded as an office grows, integrates multiple
communications functions that can all be managed with a single, graphical
administration software application, and lowers phone costs by dynamically
sharing phone lines among multiple data communications uses.

"Since the original OneWorld 100 Series was introduced in 1994, we have
been listening to customer feedback and now have the solution that they
have been asking for," said Neil Selvin, President and CEO of OneWorld
Systems, Inc. "Recent customer feedback from our installed base of
OneWorld 100 customers has told us that they want cross-platform support
for both Macintosh and Windows users, more communications ports, and faster
communication speed. The new OneWorld 5000 Suite is the solution they have
been asking for. It offers cross-platform support and features new
capabilities, including 56Kbps network modems and Internet routing."

Designed with a brand new architecture and more features, OneWorld 5000
Suite provides full fax client support for both Macintosh and Windows
customers with award-winning GlobalFax and FaxWorks software and supports
an unlimited number of users. It also features remote access dial-in using
ARA 2.0 and ARA 3.0 with support for PPP, IP, AppleTalk and IPX. The
OneWorld 5000 Suite server includes four 56K modems and can be expanded to
support additional 56K modems, or ISDN and T1 technologies in the future
providing up to 34 ports. The OneWorld 5000 communications server family
offers broader communications capabilities, faster connectivity and is
expandable to meet the growing communications needs of small businesses.

Registered users of the OneWorld 100 product family, including OneWorld
Fax, OneWorld Remote Access and OneWorld Combo, can upgrade to the new
OneWorld 5000 Suite for $3,895 -- a savings of $1000 off the suggested list
price. To order the upgrade or for more information, visit the special
OneWorld 100 customer area on OneWorld Systems' website at
www.oneworldsystems.com or call 877-OWSALES (697-2537). Customers must be
able to demonstrate proof of purchase (i.e. purchase receipt or product
serial number) to qualify for this offer. The upgrade is available from
OneWorld Systems or through Value Added Resellers. The offer ends on
September 31, 1998.
