MULTIMA CORPORATION RELEASES NETKEEPER INTERNET

EAST GREENWICH - -May 28,1998 -- Multima Corporation, publishers of
NetKeeper Help Desk & Asset Management software, today announced the
immediate availabbility of NetKeeper Internet - a WEB based self-service
help desk solution to add to NetKeeper Help Desk software programs. The new
release integrates seamlessly with any present and future installation of
NetKeeper Help Desk software - NetKeeper Help Desk Pro and NetKeeper Help
Desk Captain. The program offers the same functionality and seamless
operation as the NetKeeper LAN User Entry module - a program for end user
access anywhere on the local and wide area networks.

Most companies today have working LAN's or WAN's and are also connected to
the Internet. By installing NetKeeper Internet with NetKeeper Help Desk
software, the help desk staff can give customers and employees access to
the "self service" features of NetKeeper Help Desk program. NetKeeper has
end-user entry and tracking of service calls, auto escalation of the calls,
queue assignment of work orders and access to the SolutionsKeeper
knowledgebase, for quick problem resolution. The browser will automatically
download a small Java applet upon login to NetKeeper Internet. The end user
enters a "virtual" help desk giving around the clock access and support for
internal corporate support or external customer support.

NetKeeper Internet's access to SolutionsKeeper provides on-demand answers
to any end user with a Java enabled WEB browser at any time and from any
location. Using SolutionsKeeper's unique request tree, end users can easily
access solutions to solve their own requests. The Help Desk staff can set
up the SolutionsKeeper knowledgebase to handle requests about many
different products or situations.

NetKeeper Internet reduces support time and enables staff to optimize
service to end-users. The main help desk experiences diminished telephone
traffic, reduction in costs and increased customer satisfaction. The
NetKeeper Internet Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7days a week and
allows help desks, even with limited staff, to handle increases in service
request volume that can occur during peak times.

NetKeeper Internet is easy to install and implement. NetKeeper Internet
includes the NetKeeper Internet Connect server. The server software is the
gateway to the WEB and requires a Microsoft Windows NT server as the
gateway PC. NetKeeper Internet requires zero administration since no
NetKeeper software is installed on the workstations. The installation of
NetKeeper Internet causes no interruption in help desk services. The help
desk database can be located on any network server. Internet users have no
direct access or rights to the help desk database. The NetKeeper Internet
Connect serves an HTML representation of the database thus eliminating a
security risk. Significantly, NetKeeper implements this WEB functionality
using the same executable to access the Help Desk from the LAN or from the
Internet or Intranet, thus maintaining the same user interface and similar
speed.

End user access is speedy. On a normal 10Mbit/sec ethernet network, there
is little difference in speed in loading or using the NetKeeper LAN User
Entry module or NetKeeper Internet. End users log in from their desktops by
simply clicking on the NetKeeper icon or by selecting the Help Desk URL. A
simple and friendly Wizard leads end user through the call entry and
solution. In addition, NetKeeper Help Desk Pro can be set up to
automatically e-mail or page the correct tech for the incoming service call
from the internet. NetKeeper Internet eliminates the "middle man" (service
center staff) for most service calls.

According to Eric Tejera, Multima's Vice-President of Marketing, NetKeeper
Internet fulfills the request of help desk managers to implement a
self-service help desk at an affordable cost. "Most companies are looking
for a way to improve help desk efficiency and to improve customer support.
NetKeeper Internet turns the standard NetKeeper Help Desk program into a
self-service help desk for effective servicing of end users without fixed
personnel answering calls. Some companies using NetKeeper Internet and
NetKeeper Help Desk software have successfully done away with the
traditional help desk. All service requests are done through the LAN or
Internet." Tejera said.

Pricing and Availability
The program is presently shipping. Present owners of NetKeeper Help Desk
software can easily add NetKeeper Internet. The program is priced at
$3,200.00 per server for unlimited users.

Other NetKeeper Programs
NetKeeper Help Desk Pro is a multi site distributed help desk. The program
is the appropriate solution for help desks or service centers that support
many departments within an organization or many sites around the country or
around the world. Support centers can provide service from any site to any
location even around the globe. NetKeeper Help Desk Pro will "Follow the
Sun".

NetKeeper Help Desk Pro is a modular system. The base program is sold by
the "seat". There are many modules that can be added to the help desk such
as User Entry Module for the LAN or for the Internet, E Mail, Paging, LAN
Inventory, Bar Code software and NetKeeper Help Desk Supervisor to automate
many functions of the help desk.

NetKeeper Help Desk Captain is a complete help desk & LAN inventory
solution for both external and internal support. It is designed
specifically for the small or medium sized help desk to provide customer
support and at the same time support computer users within the company. The
system is a cost-effective solution that provides all the features needed
for full service support centers.
