BOSTON -- September 10, 1998 -- Digital Art Exchange, Inc. (DAX), the
leading provider of open digital connectivity solutions to the graphic
communications marketplace, today announced DAX NetNow, a user friendly,
robust Internet access program for 4-Sight customers. The free DAX NetNow
package includes FCR's LinkUPPP! Duo software and one month of DAX Dial-up
Internet; an approximate $200 value. DAX NetNow offers 4-Sight ISDN card
users access to the Internet using multiple ISDN channels. By combining
two, four or eight ISDN B channels, DAX NetNow provides high-speed file
transfer and Internet access.

DAX launched the iSERIES, an Internet based product for the DAX Transport
line earlier this year. "The success and acceptance of the iSERIES in the
industry and DAXs ability to provide Level 1 Internet service throughout
the US and Canada lead us to evaluate providing improved Internet access
for our card- based customers," said Chuck Gehman, DAX's Manager of
Technology. "FCRs LinkUPPP! software combined with DAX Dial-up Internet is
a winning combination."

"The Internet is constantly evolving and communication needs shift as
customers embrace digital workflows," said Roger Glovsky, President of FCR
Software, Inc. "DAX saw the opportunity to provide enhanced functionality
for existing connectivity solutions and provide users with a powerful,
simple to use communication tool for both internal and external networks.
LinkUPPP! Duo and Quattro were tailored for the graphic arts marketplace
and we were happy to partner with DAX with its graphic arts workflow
expertise."

DAX NetNow

DAX NetNow includes LinkUPPP! Duo software and DAX Dial-Up Internet
service. DAX NetNow is free to those customers who use DAX as their ISDN
and Internet service provider. The first month of Internet access is free
with the DAX NetNow package. Monthly Internet access charges after month
one will be $69.95 per month. Existing DAX ISDN card-based customers will
be provided the LinkUPPP! Duo software free, a $109.00 value, when they
sign-up for DAX Dial- up Internet.
