[NPL] Multi-Ad CAST

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Multi-Ad Introduces CAST, An Internet-Based Ad Resource
With Over 200,000 Images for Electronic Art and Spec Ads
Also includes tools, templates and services for newspaper ad departments

LAS VEGAS, NV (June 14, 1999) Nexpo 99 Multi-Ad Services is
launching a new online subscription service called CAST that makes a
decade of the company's generic and branded photographs,
illustrations and ads accessible on the Internet for the first time.
With over 180,000 downloadable images and hundreds more to be added
each month, the service includes the market's most comprehensive
compilation of co-op, artwork, software and template ideas (hence
CAST) for a newspaper advertising department that needs to generate
electronic art and spec ads. It also offers a variety of design
tools, bulletin boards, chat rooms and other resources to help
advertisers explore and implement new ways of increasing sales.

Available exclusively to current or new subscribers to Multi-Ad's
various syndicated services, CAST gives users access to a rich
archive of graphic material that is searchable both by category (e.g.
St. Patrick's Day) and image (e.g. leprechaun). One flat monthly fee
allows CAST members to download as many images as they wish; there is
no additional per-item fee.

Users can subscribe to the Ad-Builder section of CAST, a library of
generic art and ideas for increasing retail ad revenue; the SCAN
section, containing custom art and ideas specifically designed for
classified advertising; the Food Photography section, a compilation
of vibrant color food photos for creating enticing grocery
advertising; the Cashline section, a collection of co-op information
and sales ideas; or any combination of the four.

CAST members can also access eight additional sites. These include:

KIDN (Kwikee Image & Data Network)over 125,000 photos of
brand name products.

KAAS (Kwikee Auto Advertising Systems)images and
illustrations of brand name autos.

KARS thousands of images and illustrations of used cars
(exclusive to CAST).

Image Resourcesa comprehensive photography library useful in
creating advertising collateral (exclusive to CAST).

Build-It-Yourselfan area offering customizable advertising
tools and other resources to help users build advertising, headlines,
ideas and templates to fit their needs (exclusive to CAST).

CMR (Custom Market Resources) Customized solutions for
retail-based, manufacturer-approved advertising material.

Idea Exchangea variety of Internet Bulletin boards and online
chat areas where advertising professionals can share tips, strategies
and ideas (exclusive to CAST).

Success Storiesinstant money makers and success stories from
other CAST members (exclusive to CAST).

For maximum efficiency, images can be downloaded directly into
Multi-Ad's Creator and Creator2 page layout software, eliminating the
need to cut and paste.

"No other Internet product on the market has so much material
dedicated to every aspect of the advertising industry, and no other
product spans both generic art and ideas as well as
manufacturer-approved ads and art," said Jill Addy, CAST Product
Manager. "With the ability to access 10 years of images from a single
location as well as community-building services like chat rooms and
idea-sharing resources, CAST is a valuable supplement to our monthly
subscription services on CD."

Subscribers to the CD-ROM versions of Ad-Builder, SCAN, Food
Photography and/or Cashline can sign up for the CAST counterparts of
those services for a monthly fee of $19.95 per service on an annual
basis. A special introductory rate of $12 per month per service is
available to users who sign up before September 30.

A CAST membership entitles users to access both archived and new
images from the chosen services online. CAST subscribers continue to
pay their regular monthly fees for their core Multi-Ad services and
continue to receive monthly updates for those services on CD-ROM. The
CD-ROM versions continue to be the only format to offer a monthly
index as well as special sections and other supplemental editorial
material.
