Morph Technologies, Inc.'s DynaMorph Engine Now Supports UnixWare 7

Vienna, VA, July 22, 1998 - Users of the UnixWare 7 operating system will
now benefit from the inclusion of Morph Technologies' DynaMorph web
application engine. Morph Technologies, Inc., creators of Wild World
WebWare, today announced that it completed porting DynaMorph to the SCO
(NASDAQ: SCOC) UnixWare 7 operating system.

This event symbolizes the continued strong approach by DynaMorph into the
UNIX market. With current support for Linux, BSDi, Solaris, RedHat, and
SCO, the world's leading provider of UNIX server operating systems, Morph
Technologies is quickly becoming the solution of choice for building
advanced web systems on the UNIX platform. DynaMorph will give users the
ability to easily develop web site development tasks without an intimate
knowledge of CGI programming.

"The UNIX server operating system had nearly a 41 percent market share for
new product licenses during 1997. It is very exciting to be a part of such
a dominant server environment." Remarked Dr. Marc Slack, President and CEO
of Morph Technologies. "This is a great opportunity for everyone to find
out what DynaMorph is truly capable of."

The two companies are cooperating on a joint marketing effort, and SCO will
be featuring an article about the use of DynaMorph on their web site and in
their CoreDump newsletter. The CoreDump newsletter, which circulates among
1,300 Unix developers, will also include a DynaMorph flyer.

About DynaMorph

DynaMorph is a true cross-platform web application engine, with support for
Windows NT/95, Mac OS, and UNIX. This enables web development companies (or
internal IS/Web departments) to perform site or application development
work on Macs or PCs, yet deliver their work to clients running web sites,
Intranets and web-based applications on NT or UNIX platforms. A web site or
application built using DynaMorph can literally be moved from one computer
to another, independent of the operating system, and work automatically
with no additional effort. With DynaMorph, it is easier to perform the
tasks associated with web site creation and maintenance, and develop
sophisticated web-based applications that previously required an intimate
knowledge of CGI programming. Some examples include: Discussion forums;
chat servers; on-line scholastic testing systems; interactive training;
adaptive information publishing; product registration; member only sites;
and e-commerce.

The recently released DynaMorph 1.7 now supports the following:

* CyberCash's CashRegister 3 Credit Card validation and authorization

* Full integration with Netscape's LDAP interface

* Dynamic generation of web graphics for graphs, charts, and personalization

* Interaction with external database systems via ODBC and native

* Intelligent template caching for the fastest performance on the market

* Full featured scripting language

* File upload capabilities that support multi-domain web servers on all
platforms

* Support for both sending and receiving email to/from your web site.
