[NPL] BOOMA WebForms for NetObjects Fusion 4.0

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BOOMASoft Unveils BOOMA WebForms for NetObjects Fusion 4.0

SANDY, Utah (Dec. 7, 1998) - BOOMASoft, a leading developer of Internet
tools, today introduced BOOMA WebForms for NetObjects Fusion, a component
for the latest version of NetObjects' award-winning Web-authoring product,
NetObjects Fusion 4.0.

BOOMASoft has teamed up with NetObjects to develop this component to
provide NetObjects Fusion users with an easy-to-use and cost-effective
solution for creating and managing forms on Web sites built with NetObjects
Fusion 4.0.

"NetObjects Fusion is one of the best Web site authoring products on the
market today," said Craig Osterloh, president of BOOMASoft. "Our
partnership with NetObjects enables Web-site developers to use NetObjects'
powerful front-end authoring product while seamlessly integrating into the
easy-to-use and robust capabilities of BOOMA WebForms."

According to Bernard Desarnauts, vice president of product marketing and
management for NetObjects, BOOMA WebForms extends the capabilities of
NetObjects Fusion 4.0 site-building software to enable the easy creation
and management of Web forms.

"BOOMA WebForms is an excellent addition to the arsenal of components for
our flagship product, NetObjects Fusion," Desarnauts said. "With its
seamless integration into NetObjects Fusion 4.0, our customers will now be
able to not only create Web forms in minutes, but have their Web forms
linked to a database to store and manage the form's data."

BOOMA WebForms for NetObjects Fusion allows Web site developers to create
forms by simply dragging and dropping BOOMA WebForms elements into the
NetObjects Fusion page designer. As the page is published, a database is
automatically and invisibly created on the back end. The Web forms are
processed using an innovative Java applet. As a result, no programming or
server-side applications are required. This makes the product a great way
to process Web forms for the virtually hosted, Osterloh said.

The program also includes an auto responder application that allows users
to define automatic responses to submitted forms. Responses can then be
sent to submitters either immediately or at pre-determined dates and time
intervals. Users can customize and personalize each response based on the
information submitted in the form.

BOOMA WebForms for NetObjects Fusion runs on Windows 95/98 or Windows NT.
The program has a suggested retail price of $99 and is available for
purchase from BOOMASoft by calling 800-893-9603. A free 30-day trial
version can be downloaded from BOOMASoft's Web site at
http://www.boomasoft.com.

The NetObjects product family consists of NetObjects Fusion Personal
Editor, NetObjects Fusion, NetObjects Authoring Server Suite, NetObjects
ScriptBuilder and NetObjects BeanBuilder. NetObjects Fusion has won several
awards including CNET's 1997 Internet Excellence Award for Best Web Design
Product and PC Magazine's Editors Choice award. NetObjects develops and
markets award-winning Web site building software for businesses. More
