New Aleratec DVD/CD Auto Loading Duplicator Tower Produces 50 DVDs Per Hour
with 5 DVD/CD Recorders

CHATSWORTH, Calif., March 27, 2006 -- Aleratec, developer and manufacturer
of advanced USB, DVD/CD duplicating, recording, and digital imaging
solutions announced today the addition of a faster, higher capacity,
Autoloading Duplicator. Aleratec is introducing its new 1:5 DVD/CD Auto
Copy Tower is the next generation of Aleratec's Auto Loading Duplicator.
It is a stand alone DVD/CD Autoloader that can copy up to 200 DVDs at 50
DVDs per hour, unattended, with no computer required. The new Aleratec Auto
Copy Tower includes a fast and reliable robotic loading mechanism, a 160GB
Hard Disk Drive to store frequently used source material, and five of the
latest technology 16 x 16 DVD/CD Recorders to assure the fastest possible
copies. The new Auto Copy Tower also supports DVD Double Layer recording
technology so users can copy 8.5GB DVDs using Double Layer media. The
distinctive "professional black" design fits perfectly in any environment,
from the computer room to the Hollywood Studio.

"This exciting new Autoloading Duplicator is 66% faster and greater than
10% higher capacity than our first generation product. But the real news is
that we are offering the 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower with these very
significant increases in speed and capacity at the same price we used to
launch its predecessor," stated Perry Solomon, President and CEO. "With 16x
DVD recording speeds and 5 DVD/CD recorders, the 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower
can produce up to 200 DVDs in about 4 hours or 200 CDs in about 2 hours,
completely unattended. That's the highest throughput in its class. 200 DVDs
can be finished in 1/2 of a normal work day or can be left overnight
successfully increasing everyone's productivity."

The 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower has an advanced robotic loading mechanism
and controller designed specifically for reliable, unattended loading and
unloading of DVDs and CDs into the Auto Copy Tower's DVD/CD recorders.
Making up to 200 copies is easy. Just copy your source disc to the Auto
Copy Tower's Hard Disk Drive and load the number of discs you need in the
input bins, push Copy and the 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower does the rest
unattended, freeing you to do something else.

The 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower incorporates a fast, built-in 160GB hard
disk drive to store up to 24 frequently used 4.7GB DVD images. The hard
disk also maximizes copying stability especially in high speed copying
operations. The 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower will copy at up to 16x on both
DVD+R and DVD-R media. The rewrite speeds are up to 8x with DVD+RW and 4x
with DVD-RW media. The DVD read speed is 16x. The CD speeds are CD-R 48x,
CD-RW 24x, and CD read is 48x. The 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower also supports
Double Layer technology that can copy 8.5GB Double Layer DVDs at up to 4x.

The 1:5 DVD/CD Auto Copy Tower (Aleratec Part # 280104, Ingram Micro SKU #
J49688) makes up to 200 unattended copies of DVDs at up to 16x DVD
recording speed or CDs at up to 48x CD recording speed. With the low
