NETXPOSURE ANNOUNCES IMAGE PORTAL 3.0 AND THE IMMEDIATE

Releases Feature Enterprise Level Digital Asset Management
Functionality and Enhanced Workflow Automation at an Affordable Price
Point

Portland, OR - June 19th, 2004 - NetXposure, Inc., a leader in
focused Web applications, announced the release of Image Portal 3.0
and the immediate availability of InCaddy Plug-In for Adobe InDesign
CS while at the Adobe Partners in Publishing Conference & Expo in
Chicago. The 3.0 version of Image Portal is the most advanced
edition to date of this affordable web-based digital asset management
solution with Adobe's image processing technology built in. The
InCaddy Plug-In for Adobe InDesign CS is NetXposure's latest
application for improving workflow for users of Adobe InDesign.

Image Portal 3.0 provides a central repository for storing,
organizing, processing and distributing large libraries of digital
files. Adobe Graphics Server is built in, enabling users to automate
the process of resizing, sharpening, or repurposing images into a
variety of formats for the Web or print. Access to these powerful
features is enabled through an interface with unparalleled
ease-of-use and security from a Web-based application.

"The functionality that has traditionally been available only in
high-end enterprise digital asset management solutions is becoming
increasingly in demand at the departmental level", said Scott Eilers,
NetXposure's Director of Sales and Marketing. "This latest version
of Image Portal brings these features to marketing and creative
professionals at a very affordable price point."

New features in the Image Portal 3.0 version include:
-- Versioning - tracks and saves all versions of a file
-- WebDAV - allowing administrators to bypass the web interface
and collaboratively edit and manage files on remote Web servers.
-- LDAP Support - enables linking to Directory Server for access
level assignments and quicker asset disbursements.
-- Check In / Check Out - enables designers to lock an asset while
it is being used, and check it back in when it is available again.
-- Auto-Tasking - enables users set up filters to recognize certain
types of files and automatically perform tasks to them such as file
attribute changes, routing to preset folders, and distribution
outside of Image Portal.
-- Batch Tasking - enables users perform tasks on large groups of
files such as upload / download, image editing / repurposing,
metadata updating, category re-assignment, and distribution.
-- Preset Process - enables administrators to simplify, control, or
standardize image processing choices by creating predefine processing
options that are optimized for particular uses.

Standard features continued in the latest release include:
-- Adobe Graphics Server built in - automates the creation and
repurposing of graphics for print and the Web.
-- Web Services - allows applications to execute operations and
exchange data with XML messaging.
-- Watch-Folder Utility - enables ftp importing that continually
checks for new items to process.
-- Advance Search - enables customized searches of large file libraries.
-- Text Search - ability to text search Office and PDF documents,
as well as a variety of other formats.
-- Language Localization - reads browser setting and automatically
localizes for English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.

"With this latest version of Image Portal, NetXposure delivers a
full-featured, yet cost-effective DAM solution that will definitely
turn some heads in our industry", said Daniel Rawles, IT Director for
the UK's Reaction Media Group.

InCaddy allows InDesign users to sync in with Image Portal for
seamless workflow automation. Image Portal is accessed from the
InDesign interface via a palette that allows for keyword search of
all digital assets. Low resolution thumbnails from search results
can be dragged and dropped into the InDesign document where a medium
resolution image is generated. When the user prints the document a
high resolution file is retrieved and inserted into the document. The
latest version of InCaddy is fully compatible with Adobe Creative
Suite.

InCaddy is now available for purchase and NetXposure will make Image
Portal 3.0 available for purchase in late July.
