MYOB US Announces Latest Version of FirstEdge for Mac OS X

MACWORLD EXPO, SAN FRANCISCO?January 10, 2006? MYOB US today announced
FirstEdge v2, the eagerly awaited second version of its popular small
business accounting application for Mac OS X version 10.4 "Tiger."
FirstEdge is a straightforward software package that gives small business
owners the ability to do their banking, keep comprehensive contact
information, track sales and expenses, write up quotes and invoices then
print them on fully customizable forms and generate over 80 reports.
Additionally, FirstEdge offers optional, integrated MYOB Business Services
that let the user accept credit cards and fully outsource payroll.

"FirstEdge v2 brings an outstanding list of time saving features, like
integrated credit card processing and customizable forms, to Mac-based
small business owners," said Tom Nash, Managing Partner, MYOB US.

"Over four years of development has gone into this application and our
commitment to develop for Mac OS X continues as FirstEdge is still the only
product of its kind available for the Mac."

"Hundreds of breakthrough features and Apple's legendary ease of use make
Tiger the world's most advanced operating system and an excellent choice
for small business users," said Ron Okamoto, Apple's vice president of
Worldwide Developer Relations. "We're delighted that MYOB continues their
long commitment to the Mac by providing this feature-rich update to the
extremely popular FirstEdge accounting application."

New features include:

Professional Forms Designer
The Creative Forms Designer comes packed with powerful features, making it
easier to create personalized and professional looking business forms.

Powerful Reporting Features
The new Statement of Cash Flow report, Customer Ledger Report, cash and
accrual based Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss report join the 80 other
financial and management reports in FirstEdge v2. Additionally, the new
Report Customizer lets you choose which details you want included on a
report, and gives you the ability to save that report to your Reports Menu
for quick and easy access.

The Report Viewer makes viewing on-screen reports simple with the ability
to resize and drag and drop columns, to view reports by date range, and to
preview how the report will look on paper prior to printing.

Enhanced Emailing
Statements and invoices can now be emailed individually or in batches to
save time and effort. Custom default subject lines and messages save even
more time, while a default invoice delivery system can be chosen for each
customer so that the user doesn't have to choose more than once whether to
email, print, or email and print an invoice or statement to a given
customer.

MYOB Business Services
MYOB Business Services are exciting additions to FirstEdge v2, offering the
best in time and cost saving services. MYOB Business Services for FirstEdge
are optional and fee-based, and include:
