MGI's Tax Miscalculation Sale

For Immediate Release
31 July 2000

Announcing the First Annual Tax Miscalculation Sale on MGI

Given that MGI has done so well this past fiscal year, and given that the
US corporate tax laws are draconian and completely incomprehensible, we are
having our First Annual Tax Miscalculation Sale on MGI.

I underestimated our federal corporate income taxes by almost $40,000 for
the past fiscal year and need to pay them before the feds seize my wife and
force her into slave trade.

So because I messed up the calculations, you win. (And you really don't
want to know what the total tax is -- it is staggering. Where is that
Republican Congress when we really need them?)

Before of groveling in front of an IRS collections agent, a bank loan
officer, or my dear mother who is clothed in loincloth barely subsisting on
bread, water, and insects, I want to sell ninety (90) copies of MGI Deluxe
Multi-Domain at half price.

And I will sell MGI Deluxe Multi-Domain at half price until I have sold 90
copies.

I anticipate that will take about three weeks so order early and often.
Once I sell the 90 copies, the sale is off.

In short, you get to purchase an $899 product for $449.50 until 90 copies
are sold or until my wife is hauled off by the feds thereby reducing my
monthly expenses dramatically.

And no cracks about the lesser of two evils... :) :) :)

Also remember, any owner of MGI 1.X gets an automatic and free upgrade to
MGI 2.0 on the platform of your choice (Classic Mac, Mac OS X, NT, or
Linux) when it is released, so now is the time to purchase in anticipation
of 2.0 as well.

About MGI: MGI, a plug-in to 4Ds award-winning web server for the
Macintosh, WebSTAR, was developed over four years to satisfy the needs of
over 1600 web hosting clients using PagePlop Web Hosting Service of
Raleigh, North Carolina. The goals of MGI are ease of use even for those
without a bit of programming or scripting background (using an intuitive,
English-based tag structure,) being fully secure from intrusion, robust to
handle the needs of any small to medium-sized business, and scalable enough
to used as the web site grows. MGI is ideal for not only intranet use in
schools and businesses, but also internet integration in a single-domain or
multi-domain environment as seen at an ISP. All aspects of MGI are fully
tested under live-hosting conditions with operating web sites before being
released to the public. MGI is used by thousands of web sites at ISPs
located world-wide, major universities, and Fortune 500 companies.

About PagePlanet Software, Inc.: PagePlanet Software, Inc. is a privately
held corporation formed in 1998 to further develop and market MGI. The
company was founded on the principles that software needs to be designed
for use by those with minimal experience, yet designed with enough
flexibility to satisfy the needs of experienced programmers -- and
developed driven by the needs of the end user rather than the comfort of
the product's programmers. PagePlanet Software also firmly believes in
standing behind its products with world-class customer service and support
as well as a license policy that makes sense, i.e., 90-day money-back
guarantee, no-penalty upgrade path, and an allowable-use policy that takes
into consideration exceptions to the rules and emergency use under
unforseen circumstances.
