MEMEO'S LIFEAGENTTM NOW COMPATIBLE WITH APPLE'S LEOPARD

Memeo's Newly Enhanced Content Management and Backup Software for Mac Users
Offers Even More Functionality and Flexibility than Ever Before

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - November 6, 2007 - Memeo Inc., a leading worldwide
provider of digital life management solutions for the consumer and small
business markets, today announced its LifeAgent content management and data
backup software for Mac users is now compatible with the latest Operating
System (OS) offered by Apple, Mac OS X Leopard. In addition to Leopard
support, LifeAgent also now includes added support for Apple iDisk as a
backup destination.

Since its original release, Memeo's LifeAgent has stood out as the most
powerful and effortless tool for digital content management and protection
for Mac enthusiasts. With an even more advanced feature-set, LifeAgent is
the premier alternative to Apple's Leopard embedded backup software, Time
Machine. LifeAgent offers greater flexibility and functionality in a more
user-friendly interface. In addition to Leopard and iDisk support,
LifeAgent has been enhanced to consume fewer resources while scanning for
and backing up files and offers improved file change monitoring for Leopard
users. Memeo has also added support for creating backup plans to older AFP
network drives giving Mac users added preference options. The installer has
also been reduced by 40% increasing the performance during download. Since
all existing backup plans are preserved, current users can seamlessly
upgrade to the latest version of LifeAgent without losing any of their
current settings.

"Memeo is committed to providing Mac users with a simple yet robust
alternative for backing-up and sharing digital content in the home or
office," stated Chris Halim, CTO of Memeo. "With the newly enhanced
LifeAgent, organizing and protecting your business documents, vacation
videos, and memorable pictures is even easier with options that help you
manage your digital life."

Memeo developed LifeAgent in response to Mac users' requests for the same
great data protection enjoyed by PC users. LifeAgent runs quietly and
continuously in the background and allows users to backup content to any
existing storage solution including USB thumb drives and hard drives,
iPods, NAS devices, networked computers or offsite to a Memeo's secure
online storage account, Memeo Internet Disk. Starting from $2.99 a month,
Memeo Internet Disk is an cost effective alternative for .Mac customers who
want extra protection for their most precious photos and irreplaceable
files and added convenience of accessibility from anywhere. Additional
features of LifeAgent include the Smart Picks set-up wizard, which allows
users to easily locate important files and Mac specific applications such
as iTunes, iPhoto, iDVD, iMovie, Mac mail, calendar, and Safari bookmarks
and settings. It also offers an effortless file search and recovery feature
that allows you to find and restore anything from one file to a whole
computer's worth of data. You can search by name, file type, directory,
backup location, or a combination of search criteria, and restore files to
their original folder or a new location. And, the software's
password-encrypted backup plans provide added security and peace of mind.

Memeo LifeAgent with Leopard support will be available on 11/5/2007 for
$29.95 exclusively from Memeo's web site at www.memeo.com/lifeagent . Other
Memeo products are available in over 10 languages including Chinese
