Presenter Bios:

Dan Wood, a Mac programmer since the mid-eighties, is currently Senior
Consulting Engineer at Bear River Associates, Inc., of Oakland, California.
He has been working on an OPENSTEP project in his spare time since May's
"Prelude to Rhapsody" release.

Eric Simenel presently working for Apple Computer, Inc., has experience
with software development on mainframe and mini-computers, four years
development experience for the Macintosh platform and for eight years has
supported Mac developers in Apple's DTS. Beginning last Spring, Eric has
been learning/developing/training and supporting Rhapsody. He holds the
French equivalent of a Computer Science Engineering Degree.

Steve Dekorte is an OPENSTEP and WebObject software engineer for Inquisit,
Inc., in San Francisco. Among his other contributions, he maintains a
useful Web site, www.slip.net/~dekorte which includes a link to the
"Rhapsody enlightening" Objective-C home page, which he maintains. His OO
framework and GUI story begins in 1992 at the Supercomputer Computations
Research Institute (SCRI), in Tallahasse, FL, and since then has worked
with NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP since 1995. Steve is a frequent contributor to the
Rhapsody-Dev.listserv which has become increasingly active with the
shipment of Apple's Rhapsody DR-1.0 and he has worked as a
NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP software engineer at Suite Software, Inc. and Marble
Associates, Inc.

Robert Vasvari is currently a consultant at Inquisit, Inc., where he is
porting NEXTSTEP applications to OPENSTEP (Rhapsody is an easy port after
that!) Formerly he worked as a NEXTSTEP Developer/Architect at Filoli
Information Systems, as a NEXTSTEP Developer for a Speech Recognition
Research Project at SF State University and before that as a NEXTSTEP
Developer for the Neural Network Research Project at SFSU. Robert designed
and built three popular NEXTSTEP freeware programs (available at
next-ftp.peak.org): "RBrowser" - a remote filesystem browser;
"HelpfileBuilder" - builds NEXTSTEP Help files for applications; "Starter"
- a simple app that provides a platform to build on. He holds both a B.S.
and M.S. in CS from SFSU.
