Natural Intelligence and Productivity Point International!

February 25, 1997. Cambridge, Massachusetts. Natural Intelligence, Inc. a
pioneer in the burgeoning world of Java(tm) Technology, has announced a
strategic alliance with Productivity Point International(PPI), an
international giant in computer training services. Thus far, Natural
Intelligence's Java Training Division will partner with PPI to be the
exclusive providers of the teaching personnel for PPI's Java courses of
instruction at training centers in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Parsippany
and Iselin, New Jersey, New York City and the Boston area.

Java, a computing language developed by Sun MicroSystems, was virtually
unknown to all but a few high tech innovators until only one year ago. It
is now attracting a virtual epidemic of interest among software
engineers. Thousands are signing up for Java training courses nationally and
internationally.

Natural Intelligence's (NI) vision placed the company among the first in the
technology industry to realize the potential of this language. In January
of 1996, NI released a groundbreaking product, Roaster(tm), the highly
acclaimed Integrated Development Environment for Java. The company's
resources were focused upon Java and Java Development, establishing NI's
expertise and leadership in this field from the outset.

"This partnership is a win-win situation for both Productivity Point
International and Natural Intelligence," said Randy Holloran, Director of
Business Development at Natural Intelligence. "NI's considerable national
reputation in the Java world, coupled with the highly acclaimed resource of
PPI's world wide computer training services, publicly guarantees the
highest quality academic experience for students in these courses."

Shelley Hall, Vice President of PPI, Boston, concurred with Holloran.
"This is an excellent affiliation for PPI. Productivity Point International has
established a leadership position in the field of computer training services.
This acclaim is based upon delivery of excellence to ourclients. Therefore,
anyone who works with us must be evaluated by thehighest criteria in order
to meet our standards. We are very secure in knowing that Natural
Intelligence's
expertise satisfies our most stringent tests."

The courses will begin in March and continue throughout the year at
thevenues at
which PPI presents the courses.

For information about availability, detailed descriptions of course
offerings and
fees, please write to: training@natural.com.
