FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JOBTRAK.COM INTRODUCES ONLINE CAREER FAIR FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS NATIONWIDE

More Than 100 Leading Employers, including IBM, Unisys and Procter &
Gamble, are Currently Occupying Virtual Booths at the Fair.

LOS ANGELES (May 3, 1999) JOBTRAK.COM, the nations largest and
most popular job listing website for college students and alumni,
introduced today the JOBTRAK Online Career Fair. More than 100 top
firms have already signed up for the Fair including Enterprise
Rent-A-Car, IBM, Lockheed Martin, MCI, Northwestern Mutual Life,
Procter & Gamble, Oracle, SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals,
Staples, Unisys and many more.

Unlike traditional career fairs where job-seekers jostle for elbow
room around employers' booths, the JOBTRAK.COM Online Career Fair
allows students to research participating company profiles and job
opportunities from the comfort of their home, 24 hours a day. The
Fair's Virtual Booths link to corporate websites or company
descriptions and provide for online resume submission. This new
service gives employers the opportunity to showcase their jobs and
organizations, thereby increasing their visibility on a national
level, said Ken Ramberg, Co-Founder, JOBTRAK.COM. It is also our
hope that the Online Career Fair will give students an advantage in
the job market.

Students can also access a host of other career resources at the
Online Career Fair including the JOBTRAK.COM Career Forums, Job
Search Manual, and Salary Calculator. Here students can learn to
design a resume, write a cover letter, receive career advice from
college counselors and employers, negotiate a salary package and much
more.

Unisys, one of the participating employers in the Online Career Fair,
was quick to occupy a Virtual Booth. For years JOBTRAK.COM's job
listing database has allowed Unisys to tap into nation's 'best and
brightest' college students and alumni. We look forward to JOBTRAK's
Online Career Fair further positioning Unisys as a major employer of
top talent, said Paul Salce, College Relations Consultant, Unisys.
