IncWell and MediaLinks to Introduce Java Powered IncWell NetAnimator,
Develop Next Generation Roadster Technology

January 18, 1999. Chandler, Arizona. IncWell DMG, Ltd of Chandler,
Arizona, makers of the advanced, Macintosh-based multimedia
development environment SuperCard, closed a wide technology and
marketing agreement with Japan-based MediaLinks Corporation, an
internet multimedia developer.

The agreement will include development of a next generation of
Windows based extensions to the SuperCard multimedia family of
products, including an upgrade of IncWell's Roadster technology, a
plug-in architecture for streaming SuperCard content through the
Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer web browsers on Microsoft
Windows family of operating systems.

"MediaLinks' Java and Windows products and underlying technologies
add tremendous value to the web designer's tool box, in addition to
providing the ease of use that our customers have come to expect from
IncWell. Our agreement will also strengthen our Roadster technology,
allowing SuperCard users to easily create and deliver complex
streaming media to multiple platforms without having to leave the
friendly Macintosh environment," said Keith B. Shaw, CEO of IncWell,
DMG Ltd.

The first fruit of the agreement is the introduction of a
Windows-based interactive animation product, IncWell NetAnimator.
IncWell NetAnimator employs both path based and timeline based
animation and clickable, reactive characters called Members. Members
can take users to different parts of the animation, or launch
Internet URLs. Users can deploy NetAnimations through a powerful but
very small Java applet, an ActiveX control, or as standard Windows
screen savers. Pricing and availability are available through the
IncWell web site.

The agreement, architected by Proactive International, LLC of
Beaverton, Oregon, a worldwide channel agency, includes development
of subsequent products from the combination of IncWell and MediaLinks
technologies.

"We share a vision with IncWell, that web delivered multimedia
shouldn't require an NT administrator to do the creative work. Our
combined efforts puts the creative technology back into the hands of
designers, educators and multimedia enthusiasts," said Keiichi
Nagakusa, CEO of MediaLinks Corporation.
