[MD1] EuroPress for small US based developers

Groupe Mirande launches 'EuroPress', a new low-cost press service aimed at
small US based hardware and software developers who want to raise the
profile of their products in Europe.

"Even small developers cannot afford to forget about Europe as a
market...ignore it at your peril" Says Paul Lambert of Groupe Mirande.

France - September 22nd 1997- Groupe Mirande, the French based company that
works with US based Hardware and Software companies to develop a commercial
presence for their products in Europe, today announce plans to expand its
services to include 'EuroPress', a new low-cost press service for small US
based IT companies who want to raise awareness of their products within the
European marketplace.

"'EuroPress' is a result of a number of requests from smaller clients who
wanted just to use our press services to attract European customers to
their web site, where they could buy the product from", says Paul Lambert,
founder of Groupe Mirande. He continues "Normally we are employed to not
only promote products in the press, but to build and manage a European wide
sales and distribution network, but as companies turn to the Web as their
sales channel, we were being asked whether we could split off the press
side of the business, this we did, and 'EuroPress' is the result".

For a fixed monthly fee, Groupe Mirande will liaise with an agreed press
list to circulate press releases, promotional material and general
information in local language and act as a local point of contact for the
European press. With the emphasis on creating awareness for products and
attracting a greater number of potential customers to a web site, Groupe
Mirande's experience will ensure the products receive the attention they
deserve in Europe.

"From past experience we have found that even small developers cannot
afford to forget about Europe as a Market, and with the Internet going
through some tremendous growth in the major European countries, ignore it
at your peril", is the message from Paul Lambert of Groupe Mirande.

Groupe Mirande's experience in working with the press in the main European
markets has resulted in the development of a network of excellent contacts
within the key IT related publications. This experience and ready contact
has been a vital tool in Groupe Mirande's success with press related
activities and has proved invaluable help in making products a success
within the European Marketplace.
