[MD1] EasyData and EasyComm

CASPER, WY, ISIS International, Inc. announced the introduction of EasyData TM
and EasyCommTM, paired software products designed to provide a new level of
connectivity, simplicity, and power in transferring data between the Apple
MessagePad (and compatible PDAs running the Newton Operating System) and
either Macintosh desktop computers or Windows machines.

The EasyData / EasyComm dual package enables Newton users to work more
efficiently by making it easier to rapidly share data between their PDAs and
either Macs or Windows desktop computers. The same capability for other
hardware and software platforms will be forthcoming.

EasyData can be extended and customized by other Newton developers through the
use of plug-in modules. EasyData requires Newton OS 2.0 or later (we will
continue to support our older version, formerly known as Flash-Data, for users
of older MessagePads).

The increasingly evident importance of enterprise-wide, "open systems"
approaches to leveraging an organization`s investment in its personnel`s
ability to communicate with data-bases and each other quickly and efficiently
makes EasyData and EasyComm particularly valuable in today`s highly
competitive, rapidly evolving global economy.

"EasyData provides a mini data-base on a PDA to let you enter data there. One
unique feature is the capability to have multiple screen & report layouts for
each data file." said Mike Cohen, Chief Programmer of Casper, Wyoming-based
ISIS International, Inc.

"EasyComm is EasyData`s communications architecture, which lets it exchange
data with 4th Dimension via an external or with our stand-alone EasyComm
applications for Macintosh or Windows. The Macintosh application has extensive
AppleScript support, so you can automate all of your data transfer tasks."

"Our corporate mission at ISIS is to amplify the strengths of our users, making
them more efficient, more profitable team-players for their respective
organizations," said Paul Harwitz, President of ISIS. "Our EasyData / EasyComm
package hands them easy-to-use external commands which allow them to customize
their connectivity solutions. In-house and outside developers benefit also,
because it also makes their services and rapid responsiveness more valuable to
clients."

"By allowing data from the field to be `flashed` into 4D or another application
on the Mac or Window," Harwitz continued, "users can blend the mobility of the
Apple MessagePad and compatibles with the power of the Mac or Windows."

Cohen added, " All of our software products are crafted to enhance business
productivity. Our System 7 PackTM adds AppleEvent power to 4D, and our S7PXTM
makes it easier to use AppleEvents with Excel. Our ISIS NotesTM is one of the
first attachable applications for the Mac. It lets you send messages, files,
and voice-mail, as well as executable scripts, and, although it doesn`t require
4D, you can make it connect with 4D."

Founded in 1987, ISIS is recognized world-wide as one of the top Macintosh,
Newton O/S, and Windows business software and connectivity development firms.
Approximately half of its sales are outside the US. They are also exploiting
their knowledge of mainframe, mid-range, and mini-computer environments to
prepare for later release of other cost-efficient connectivity and productivity
enhancing software solutions spanning entire enterprises.

ISIS International is located at 1471 South Nebraska Avenue, Suite B-4, Casper,
Wyoming 82609-2976, USA.
