FRAMINGHAM, Mass., May 13, 2002 - IDG World Expo, the leading producer of
world-class tradeshows, conferences and events for IT markets around the
globe, today announced that its upcoming Macworld Conference & Expo
promises to welcome many first-time exhibitors and brand-new products for
Mac enthusiasts, as hundreds of companies line up to exhibit at the event.
Macworld Conference & Expo, the world's most comprehensive Macintosh OS
event, will take place July 15-19, 2002 at New York City's Jacob K. Javits
Convention Center.

Macworld Conference & Expo will feature hundreds of companies showcasing
the latest Mac-based hardware, software and Internet solutions to an
audience of eager and highly qualified Mac professionals and enthusiasts.

"Macworld New York is for people who are passionate about their computing
experience," said Mark Lemmons, Director, Creative Software Group, Creo.
"This makes it the perfect venue to show off the products we're passionate
about, like Six Degrees for Mac OS X."

Veteran Macworld exhibitors such as Creo will be joined by many companies
making their first appearance on the Macworld show floor. First-time
exhibitors include Celartem Technology USA, Dynamic Graphics, Oxford
Semiconductor and Techknowsphere.

"We're looking forward to exhibiting at Macworld for the first time at
Macworld New York 2002," said Osamu Ikeda, CEO of Celartem Technology USA.
"It gives us a chance to showcase our image resolution enhancement
software, Vector Format for Zooming, to the loyal base of Mac users in the
creative and publishing industries."

favorite technologies.

"We are very excited about exhibiting at Macworld NY as the show
consistently presents the best opportunity for Mac-centric businesses and
customers to interact with each other," said Avery Chipka, event manager at
Techknowsphere.

Macworld Conference & Expo will also showcase up-and-coming developers
through its newly expanded Special Interest Pavilions, which showcase hot
technology spaces such as Bluetooth, Linux/Unix porting to Mac, Java and
Internet services. These pavilions provide new exhibiting companies with a
cost-effective, turnkey method to reach their target audiences face-to-face
