MacForensicsLab version 2.5 for Windows

SubRosaSoft.com Inc. announces the release of the Windows version of
MacForensicsLab version 2.5

The powerful forensics tool now runs natively on Microsoft Windows.

Union City, CA October 3rd, 2007 -- SubRosaSoft.com Inc., a software
company focusing on system utility and data recovery software, today
announced the full availability of MacForensicsLab for Windows. Since its
release, MacForensicsLab has been the most powerful and cost-effective
forensic tool on the Macintosh market. Now together with the upcoming Linux
edition, the new Windows edition will encompass all major operating
systems, making MacForensicsLab the one and only multi-platform forensics
tool an investigator needs.

MacForensicsLab - The only effective cross-platform weapon in the war on
Cyber Crime and Digital Terrorism, with unique tools designed to combat
identity theft and child pornography.

Among the many powerful investigative features found in MacForensicsLab are
the browsing capabilities with integrated skin-tone image analysis
technologies. They allow thumbnails and previews of graphic images to be
automatically filtered by content, image dimensions, and file sizes to
quickly expose child pornography. The keyword analysis and searching
functions can be performed in multiple languages with MD5, SHA-1, and
SHA-256 checksum calculations. The search function has pattern matching for
hash lists and searches for possible identity theft involving Social
Security numbers or Credit Card numbers.

Like the Mac OS X version, MacForensicsLab for Windows is optimized for use
with either industry standard SQL database servers or the built-in database
engine, enabling investigators to simultaneously access and process any
given case. Logs are kept of every action performed and every item found.
These can then be exported in customizable and comprehensive HTML reports
at any stage during the investigation.
