MEMEO ANNOUNCES LIFEAGENTTM - ITS INNOVATIVE CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND
BACKUP SOLUTION FOR MAC USERS

Now Mac Users Can Utilize Memeo's Acclaimed Automatic Backup Software
that Revolutionized Backup and Content Management for the PC

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - April 4, 2007 - Memeo Inc., a worldwide
provider of digital life and information management solutions for the
consumer and small business markets, today announced its high
performance automatic backup software is now available for Macintosh
users. Memeo LifeAgentTM is designed to help the Mac community
manage, track and safeguard digital files in a simple, natural and
effortless way. It offers Mac users the best of both worlds- the same
simple yet flexible and powerful features as Memeo AutoBackup with
the same innovative and effortless functionality that exits on the PC
software, but was designed from the ground up to take advantage of
the capabilities of Macintosh computers.

There are millions of Macintosh users and very few options for
friendly and yet robust backup and data protection for their
burgeoning digital life. Memeo developed LifeAgent in response to
many of these users' requests for the same great data protection
enjoyed by PC users. It is the perfect companion for a Mac user's
digital life. It protects all precious data and allows Mac users to
effortlessly manage and access digital content such as photos, music,
or corporate presentations from anywhere at anytime. By simplifying
file organization and protection, valuable digital content will
always be up-to-date, protected and available at your fingertips.
With a simple 3-step set-up process, LifeAgent identifies what files
are important and works quietly in the background to automatically
share, sync and secure your digital content while saving changes made
to any document.

"With over seven years of experience working at Apple Computers, I
understand how important it is to offer the Macintosh community
ground-breaking products and services, and we are happy to provide
Mac users with a pioneering solution such as LifeAgent," Hong Bui,
CEO and co-founder of Memeo. "Think of LifeAgent as an assistant for
your digital life. Tell it what files are you want to protect, and it
will dutifully and invisibly take care of the rest."

LifeAgent works on any available storage solution - from USB hard
drives and USB thumb drives to iPods, NAS devices or an online
storage site, which provides the comfort of offsite protection. It
also allows you to share photos online through Shutterfly. It is an
active solution that works when the user works and runs silently and
continuously in the background. Additional features of Memeo
LifeAgent include the Smart Picks set-up wizard which allows users to
easily locate important files (e.g. Documents, music located across
your computer, etc.) and Mac specific applications such as iTunes,
iPhoto, iDVD, iMovie, Mac mail, calendar, and PM info, and Safari
bookmarks and settings.

In addition, the User Interface shows the status of all continuous
backups so users can be confident their files are safe. In the event
a file is lost, LifeAgent's powerful search feature instantly finds
anything from one file to a whole computer's worth of data and
restores it to use again. You can search by name, file type,
directory, backup location, or a combination of search criteria, and
restore files to their original folder or a new location. Memeo
LifeAgent can even keep multiple versions of a file. LifeAgent also
includes the ability to create password-encrypted backup plans for
added security.

Memeo LifeAgent is available immediately for $29.95 exclusively from
Memeo's web site at www.memeo.com/lifeagent . Other Memeo products
are available in over 10 languages including Chinese (Simplified and
Traditional), Japanese, Spanish, German, French, Italian, U.K.
English, and Brazilian Portuguese. It is available via retail outlets
and online retailers such as CompUSA, DataVision, Fry's, eCost.com,
Amazon.com, J&R, MicroCenter, and Newegg.com as well as Memeo's web
site. For more information on Memeo and its high performance backup
