LassoSoft Acquires Omnipilot and the Lasso Product Line

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - (March 5, 2007) - LassoSoft, LLC announced their
acquisition of OmniPilot Software and the Lasso family of products during
the keynote of the Lasso Summit which was held March 2 - 4, 2007 in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida. Lasso Summit is an annual gathering of Lasso users
which includes presentations from LassoSoft employees and some of the most
experienced Lasso users from around the world as well as training sessions
for new Lasso users.

"We couldn't be happier in making this announcement today," said Kyle
Jessup, Director of Lasso Development for LassoSoft. "LassoSoft is driven
by a team that is wholly dedicated to the Lasso product line. Our customers
can rest assured that Lasso is in good hands. We look forward to continuing
to build and strengthen the platform together over the coming years."

LassoSoft, LLC is a partnership of Kyle Jessup, Fletcher Sandbeck, and
Kerry Adams. Kyle Jessup has served as the director of Lasso development
since version 1.5. Fletcher Sandbeck is the primary developer behind the
Lasso Studio product line and the primary author of Lasso's print and
online documentation. Kerry Adams was previously the director of sales at
OmniPilot Software. Collectively, the three partners have over 20 years
experience working on the Lasso product line.

Brett Circe, former CEO of OmniPilot Software had this to say about the
acquisition, "This ensures the people behind Lasso will be around forever.
They are dedicated and deserve to have a stake in the product. I could not
be happier for them."

The Lasso development team is fully intact following the acquisition.
Arrangements have been made with all key employees to continue with
LassoSoft.

"It is exciting for me and the other long time developers of Lasso to be in
control of Lasso's future," said Fletcher Sandbeck, Director of Lasso
Studio Development for LassoSoft. "This acquisition sparks a renewal of
focus of the company on our core products Lasso Professional and Lasso
Studio."

The Lasso development team is hard at work on updates for the Lasso 8.5
family of products as well as laying the ground work for future versions of
Lasso.

"We believe that Lasso has a lot of potential in the marketplace," said
Kerry Adams, Director of Sales for LassoSoft, "Utilizing Lasso's strengths,
combined with the continued support of our loyal developers, we will
continue to grow the user base and expand upon Lasso's already impressive
capabilities."

LassoSoft stands fully behind the upgrade and support commitments of
OmniPilot. LassoSoft continues to offer upgrades to Lasso 8.5 from versions
going all the way back to Lasso 1.0. The sales and support policies
established by OmniPilot will remain in effect under the new management.

"We see the transition to this ownership team is a step in the right
direction for Lasso." Says Cory Robin, CEO for SkyVantage Corporation,
member of the Lasso Professional Association, "This new ownership team has
demonstrated a passion for the Lasso product line and we are excited to see
them take the helm of this project."

The new LassoSoft Web site is now active at http://www.lassosoft.com/. The
ListSearch service and the "BlueWorld" mailing list server will be migrated
to the LassoSoft domain name soon.
