LASSO SUMMIT 2002 TO INCLUDE SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM BLUE WORLD

Second Annual Conference for Lasso developers to Mark New Milestones
for the Lasso Community

Bellevue, WA--October 7, 2002--Blue World Communications,
Inc.--pioneers of the Web Data Engine(tm)--today announced its plan
for the upcoming Lasso Summit 2002 conference to be held October 13th
thru 14th in Bellevue, WA. During the keynote address at Lasso Summit
2002, Blue World CEO Bill Doerrfeld will deliver a series of surprise
announcements.

"With the recent successful launch of Lasso Professional 6, we've
established momentum which allows us to deliver some nice surprises
to the Lasso community," said Bill Doerrfeld, CEO of Blue World. "We
believe the forthcoming news will be very well received and enable
the Lasso community to quickly grow to new heights."

Summit Speakers

Lasso Summit 2002 will include presentations from leading Lasso
developers on how to effectively build and serve data-driven Web
sites powered by Lasso Professional 6, the next-generation Web Data
Engine recently released by Blue World. Lasso Summit 2002 will also
include a keynote presentation from David Axmark, co-founder of MySQL
AB, the leading open-source database. David will discuss how Lasso
and MySQL complement one another.

Special Events During Lasso Summit 2002

Besides in-depth presentations all day Monday and Tuesday October
13th and 14th, the following events will occur surrounding Lasso
Summit 2002.

Sunday, October 13: Pre-Summit Party for speakers, sponsors and Lasso
Partner Alliance members. By invitation only.

Monday, October 14, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Attendee Reception and Sponsor Showcase.

Tuesday, October 15, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM: digital.forest barbecue.
