JobOrder Business Process Productivity Software Expands Planning
Capabilities to Optimize Job Management

July 24, 2006, Cortland, NY -- Management Software today announced that it
has expanded the capabilities of Workplan, Prioritizer, and SmartScheduler,
built-in estimating and scheduling tools in the company's flagship
software, JobOrder 12.9. Project-oriented organizations, including
advertising agencies, architects, consulting companies, design firms,
engineering firms, and job shops, depend upon JobOrder to manage their
estimates, schedules, people, and jobs.

JobOrder's Workplan, Prioritizer, and SmartScheduler provide project
managers with easy-to-use interfaces for total control of job scheduling
and job costing, as well as for creating and managing priorities. This
built-in JobOrder functionality automates numerous activities to coordinate
people, schedules, and jobs, while simplifying the steps involved in
costing projects.

The innovative workflow engine also provides project managers with an
analytical dashboard to help analyze scheduling and planning. Additionally,
with JobOrder's Notification Rules, project managers are able to spot
problems and trends in overlapping jobs.

"JobOrder has always provided our customers with great flexibility in
defining and implementing business processes to reflect their own needs and
preferences," says Victor Siegle, President of Management Software. "With
JobOrder's Workplan, Prioritizer, and SmartScheduler, our customers can
reduce the time it takes to schedule and cost jobs because JobOrder
automates and streamlines the entire process from template to estimate to
jobs."
