FileWave Announces version 3.0 of FileWave

FileWave Extends the Reach of both Asset Trustee & FileWave New
Enterprise Features benefit Mac OS X System Administrators

San Francisco, CA -- January 12, 2007 -- FileWave, the leading
provider of installation and software management tools for Mac OS X
and Mac OS X Server, adds new features for versions 3.0 of FileWave
and 8.0 of Asset Trustee. The new features include Multiple
Administrators, Administrator Concurrent Login, Hardware Discovery
and First Time Deployment.

Nurdan Symanzick, Managing Director of FileWave said, "In keeping
with our core values these product enhancements are intended to
further meet the needs of our customers, and reinforce our market
position. We are 'software solution pioneers' that listen to our
customer's requirements with the goal of exceeding their
expectations. In releasing version 3.0 we are helping our customers
work more productively in an easier and more user friendly way."

"Mac OS X delivers system administrators incredible stability,
security and ease of use right out of the box," said Ron Okamoto,
Apple's vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations. "We're
thrilled that FileWave now offers all of its software management
tools as Universal applications that take advantage of the power of
Xserve and our Intel-based Macs."

Existing Mac OS X customers will benefit from new and enhanced
features. These include a brand new FileWave Multi Admin feature that
increases productivity by making it even easier to use across
multiple locations and networks. Additionally, FileWave 3.0 has been
re-engineered to automatically install any software or patch from
Adobe CS2 to Windows Service Packs on 10 to 10,000 Macintosh, Windows
and Linux based computers and servers delivering the first truly
cross platform solution available for enterprises.

Customers using Asset Trustee, FileWave's solution for the collection
and management of hardware and software assets across all networks,
will also benefit from the availability of new functionality. Asset
Trustee Discovery is a new feature developed to aid in the discovery
of computers and network equipment. Discovery will automatically
discover and report back all devices on an enterprise's entire
network. The Asset Trustee Discovery feature is also integrated with
FileWaveLet to aid in the deployment of the FileWave Client software
to the discovered computers. Additionally, a feature reporting
Network Cards is available to further extend Asset Trustee's
functionality

Both FileWave and Asset Trustee are available as Universal
applications for Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server, and are also available
for Windows.
